WHAT IF I'VE NEVER BOXED BEFORE?
BoxFit is designed to accommodate people of all skill levels including beginners. We ask that you arrive for your first class 15 minutes before the start time so we can wrap your hands and give you a breakdown of the class.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING TO THE CLASS?
Wear comfortable exercise clothes and shoes. All you need to bring to class are a water bottle and a yoga/workout mat.
DO I NEED MY OWN BOXING GLOVES AND WRAPS?
No. Boxing gloves and wraps are provided. If you need your hands wrapped, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
WILL I GET PUNCHED IN THE FACE OR SPAR WITH ANOTHER PERSON?
No. Classes are no contact, but you will train like a fighter by shadowboxing, hitting a heavy bag, and doing 1-on-1 mitt work.

HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?
BoxFit is a donation-based boot camp. There is a suggested $15 donation per class.
HOW DO I DONATE?
BoxFit accepts card payments and cash.
DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING OR CORPORATE FITNESS CLASSES?
Yes. Private sessions and corporate fitness classes are available upon request. contact us here for more details to get started.
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T EXERCISED IN A LONG TIME? WILL THE BOOT CAMP BE TOO DEMANDING?
Absolutely not. I only ask that you give 100%. Breaks are built into the structure of the class, and you can push yourself or pull back at any point. We recognize that everyone has different challenges and capabilities.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
If you have a previous injury, we ask that you consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.
DO YOU ACCEPT STUDENTS OF ALL AGES?
Classes are open to students ages 16+. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be physically present with you to sign a waiver before your first class.
