Every boot camp class includes a dynamic warm up, introduction to boxing basics, shadowboxing, and a three station circuit incorporating heavy bag work, mitt work, and a four exercise strength and conditioning section. You will finish your workout with core exercises and a yoga inspired cool down.
Powered by high-energy music, you will seamlessly transition from station to station for nine rounds guided by the sound of a boxing bell which will ring every three minutes just like in a boxing gym.
In a single 50 minute no contact session one can expect to burn approximately 800-1000+ calories. Always without fighting or physical contact, your hands will be wrapped for you. Be prepared to exceed personal limits, relieve stress, and punch stuff really hard.
