THE WORKOUT
DYNAMICEvery BoxFit class includes a dynamic warm up, introduction to boxing basics, shadowboxing, and a four or six station circuit incorporating heavy bag work, mitt work, and a four exercise strength and conditioning section. You will finish your workout with a core or heavy bag burnout and a yoga inspired cool down.

12 ROUNDSYou will seamlessly transition from station to station for 12 rounds guided by the sound of a boxing bell which will ring every three minutes.

NON-CONTACTIn a single 60 minute non-contact session, one can expect to burn approximately 800-1000+ calories. Our classes are non-contact, but you will train just like a professional boxer. Be prepared to exceed personal limits, relieve stress, and punch stuff really hard.
